FRIDAY HEADLINER
Glastonbury rockers REEF are firmly back reenergised like never before with a confident spring in their step which has already seen the band soar back into the UK Top 20 with their recently released new album ‘Shoot Me Your Ace” produced by Andy Taylor (Duran Duran/The Power Station).
Since the albums release and numerous rave reviews the band have opened for the likes of the Rolling Stones at their Olympic stadium show in Munich, Headlined the Avalon Stage at Glastonbury and have performed at some of the best and most prestigious festivals across the UK and Europe.
FRIDAY: MAIN & LIONS DEN STAGES

Hailing from Brighton, this dynamic duo—comprised of vocalist Hanni Pidduck and drummer Clara Townsend—have a heartfelt mission to spread queer joy, sharing the representation they sought in their younger years.
Not only are they champions of authenticity, but they have also made waves with their recent work, contributing to three songs to the soundtrack of the BBC hit drama "Riot Women." Their journey has been marked by significant growth, and their second album, ‘Good Boy,’ is a vibrant reflection of their experiences.

UK singer-songwriter Tash Hills burst onto the scene in 2020 with a fresh take on soul, funk, and disco – blending 70s and 80s influences with a modern edge. Her powerhouse vocals and rich harmonies echo the vibe of artists like Jamiroquai and Incognito.
Crowned the People’s Choice Act of the Year at the iconic Portsmouth Guildhall during the 2025 Portsmouth Music Awards, this major accolade now brings us the 'Tash Hills Funk & Soul Club' - a collection of fantastic jazz, soul and funk artists all under one roof!

Shakatak’s sound has evolved over the years, incorporating elements of dance, soul, and smooth jazz into their music.
They have released numerous albums and singles, maintained a dedicated fan base and continuing to perform live shows worldwide.
Their longevity in the music industry, along with their ability to blend various genres into a distinctive style, has solidified Shakatak as influential figures in the jazz-funk and pop music scenes.

MOTET’s original jazz funk tunes combine rich horn arrangements with high energy rhythms. With intricate melodies and infectious grooves, their tunes are clearly rooted from funk while incorporating both Latin and soul influences. Seb Guard, the source of much of the band’s original songs and creative arrangements, teams up with Robin Clayton (bass), David Kirby (keys), Andy Jackson (guitar), Sam Parker (saxes), Tom Parsons (trumpet) and Stuart Goodburne (trombone).
Together, they deliver a modern, danceable groove that is fresh and invigorating!

A nine-piece bucket of funk with a side of rock: Beatroot serve up a smörgåsbord of original grooves & horn blasting tunes!
Hailing from the UK's sunny south coast, Beatroot have been captivating audiences across the UK with their high-energy performances and unique instrumental arrangements. Brass in your face; a relentless rhythm section; artery popping trumpets and a baritone that hits you where it hurts.
watershed have spent nearly 20 years shaping their unique roots based sound drawing on influences like Jackson Browne, The Band, Bonnie Raitt, and Crowded House, alongside modern voices such as Bros Landreth and Jason Isbell.
Their second album Coupons For The Moon was praised by Indie Music Habit for “keeping folk’s traditions intact while bringing an edgy, southern rock influence… with clear, smooth and beautiful melodies and relatable lyrics.



Battle of the Bands 2026 Wild Card Winner - NEW HORIZON were formed through the creative community at The Music Works, this five-piece indie covers band brings fresh energy and raw talent to every performance. Comprised of five passionate and talented teenagers, the band blends tight musicianship with a shared love of indie anthems—putting their own spin on tracks from the likes of Arctic Monkeys, The White Stripes and Maroon 5 as well as fresh new material written by the band.


Rogue Awakening are a hard rock/alt metal band from Horsham. Their sound is essentially ‘heavy but melodic’, with crunchy, thick guitar riffs and epic, soaring female vocals. The band unites lots of different musical backgrounds and tastes from Indie to Death metal. When fused together this creates a melting pot of fast flowing bass riffs, shredding guitars, hammering drums and powerful vocal hooks with a symphonic edge. They are excited about releasing new music in 2026 as part of their debut album.

NATALIA NIXON
Natalia Nixon is an up and coming singer from Haslemere.
She specialises in new age jazz, soul and R&B and is studying music performance and production at college.
Natalia has an amazing vocal range with power and soul beyond her years, that will send shivers down your spine.

SATURDAY HEADLINER
Ocean Colour Scene’s rip-roaring live shows have long been one of the most extraordinary sights in modern rock -communal outpourings of hope and joy which boast the most life-affirming sing-a-longs you’ll ever hear.
OCS remain one of the most successful -and most loved bands of the modern era. Having spent six years fine-tuning their sound, they lit up the Britpop party, chalking up three Top 5 albums- 1996’s Moseley Shoals, 1997’s Marchin’ Already and 1999’s One From The Modern and a run of nine successive Top 20 single’s including the immortal ‘The Riverboat Song’. In the years since they’ve honed their craft in the spirit of the soul, folk and blues greats who inspired them.

SATURDAY: MAIN STAGE

One of the most distinctly original voices in British pop, Caity Baser's breakthrough came with her debut mixtape 'Still Learning', which earned the 23-year-old singer and songwriter a Top 10 in the UK album charts, debuting at #7. She then landed the nomination for the BRITs 'Rising Star' Award before hitting the road on her acclaimed, sold-out UK tour, selling over 40,000 tickets, including London's Hammersmith Apollo, before going on to support Olivia Rodrigo at BST Hyde Park and performing twice at Glastonbury Festival. The Guardian praised her live show and its "chatty, bratty, cartwheeling celebration of girlhood" in their 4-star review of the performance.

The Outlawed are a modern British-Irish band with heart and grit. The Outlawed are a London-based band built on emotive songwriting and a live energy that bridges intimate storytelling with anthemic scale.
Rooted in contemporary pop and alternative rock, the project blends modern pop production with indie rock band DNA. It's music that feels honest and real and will get you moving.

The Outlawed exist because of vulnerability and confidence: Songs about love, loss, resilience and choosing connection over chaos.

The Selecter is led by their iconic frontwoman Pauline Black OBE. One of very few women in the 2-Tone scene, she is often referred to as the Queen of Ska.
Known the world over for hits including “Three Minute Hero,” “Missing Words,” “Too Much Pressure” and “On My Radio”
The Selecter continue to tour and release new music proving that 2-Tone is still as relevant and important as it was 40 years ago.

Hollie Hunt is an independent pop and electropop singer-songwriter whose heartfelt lyrics and captivating melodies have been turning heads across the UK. With a passion for music since childhood and years spent performing, Hollie brings a natural energy and emotional honesty to every song and stage.
Drawing inspiration from both the mainstream pop world and the intimacy of the singer-songwriter genre, Hollie has crafted a sound that feels fresh yet deeply personal. Blending polished pop production with lyrical vulnerability, Hollie is carving out a sound that’s uniquely their own—one that speaks to love, resilience, and self-discovery.

Eloïse Carter are a South Coast based alternative indie rock band, blending raw, introspective songwriting with the intensity of full-band indie rock.
Drawing influence from the likes of Phoebe Bridgers and Wolf Alice, the band’s sound goes from intimacy to intensity. Following their sold-out Heartbreakers Southampton headline, the band doubled the size headlining The Joiners, as well as headlining the Vaults Stage at Icebreaker Festival 2026. Supporting the likes of Prima Queen, The Native and Sløtface, the band are building momentum across the UK live circuit with appearances at venues and festivals including Isle of Wight Festival 2026.

Haslemere Fringe Rising Battle of the Bands Winner Anna Muir is based on the UK south coast, and is a singer-songwriter who creates music to drive, scream and cry to.
With lyrics born from a restless mind and shaped by a childhood spent moving from place to place, Anna’s songs capture the ache of belonging nowhere and everywhere all at once.
Inspired by indie-folk icons like Phoebe Bridgers and Julien Baker, as well as the likes of Big Thief and Radiohead, Anna’s music blends visceral honesty with clever lyricism and dark humour.

SUBSETTERS are the originators of Skindie mixing influences of ska and reggae with indie rock music which has been branded as it’s own new genre 'Skindie'.
Their first album ‘Skindie Volume 1’ is available on all major streaming platforms and they are now coming back from a short hiatus to get ready for a new album and a huge sound!!
SATURDAY: LIONS DEN STAGE

Anna Neale is a dynamic singer, songwriter, and producer with over 25 years of international performance experience. Her critically acclaimed albums, including Wide Sky and River Man, fuse contemporary pop, world music influences, and classical vocals, featuring collaborations with Syrian musicians, the English National Opera, and Grammy-winning songwriter Victoria Horn.
Her forthcoming album, Heretic (2026), produced with Mercury-nominated Gerry Diver, includes co-writes with Dave Rowntree (Blur), Patch Hannan (The Sundays), and Julian Swales (Kitchens of Distinction).

Bryony Dunn and the Forest are a fast-rising folk-harmony five-piece, fronted by sisters Bryony and Gina Dunn.
Fresh from standout festival shows supporting Jack Savoretti, Will Young and The Shires and two sold-out London headlines, the band bring harmony-rich songs inspired by nature and mythology untwined with modern struggles.
With their debut EP Soft As Ash and a rapidly growing following, they’re an exciting new live act to watch grow in 2026.


Daisy Skelton is a singer-songwriter from West Sussex who has spent her entire life writing songs about anything and everything that happens in her life. Daisy first picked up a guitar at age 7 and has since been inspired by so many different songwriters over the years, from Adele and Miley Cyrus to Lizzy McAlpine and Olivia Dean. Her songs sound like a friend is telling you a story, with conversational but meticulous lyrics combined by soft stacks of harmonies and energetic guitars.Daisy has been gigging around London and the South since 2022, playing at iconic venues such as the Boileroom, the Bedford and the Troubadour, and has just announced her first single of 2026 - ‘Speedwalking’.


Mojo & The Royal Restitution : Finalists of the Haslemere Fringe Rising 2026 Battle of the Bands presents their all-original funkadelic experience at the Fringe in July 2026.
The Royal Restitution are a seven person funk-rock band like no other, with a truly unique sound and a presence that'll leave you captivated.


Sofia Gillani has devoted herself to her music through writing, producing, self-promotion and directing music videos, all independently and crafting an avante-garde pop sound of her own. With an impressive collection of singles to her name, she consistently lands on BBC Introducing playlists, including the acclaimed ‘Read Your Mind’ landing her ‘BBC Introducing Artist of the Week’. Sofia's bold and invigorating sound is making waves worldwide, with hundreds of thousands of plays and streams across multiple platforms Sofia Gillani is just getting started, the release of her debut album ‘Reconceptualise’ which will be available on vinyl, coming out in May.


Laura L Page is a singer-songwriter from Haslemere whose honest lyricism and distinctive, guitar-driven sound blend the introspective warmth of folk rock with the edge of indie rock.
Her music explores themes of emotion and mental health, often drawing on nature-inspired imagery, carried by ethereal vocals.
Her songs are available across all major streaming platforms.

COMPASS ROSE
Formed in 2022, Compass Rose is a 4 piece with Dom on lead vocals, Andy on drums, Nick on guitar and Poppy on bass and backing vocals.
Originally a covers band they ventured into writing their own material in 2025. Heading in a folk rock/metal direction they bring together all their influences including Black Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Fleetwood Mac, Ghost and modern folk metal such as Green Lung.
The Doomy riffs and upbeat vocals of Compass Rose weave tales of the weird that will connect you to the dissonance and folk-horror found lurking in the corners of everyday life.


22-year-old singer/songwriter, Florrie Ransom, fully composes, performs and produces her entire discography herself. Drawing influence from Bon Iver, Ben Howard, Phoebe Bridgers and Laura Marling, Florrie combines indie-folk with modern, alternative songwriting to create a unique and compelling sound. Her intimate live performance style has captivated audiences across the south. With soulful vocals and powerful lyricism, Florrie Ransom orchestrates a haunting and emotive performance. Since her debut EP, Incurable Affliction, in 2023 she has since released a second called By Design in2024 with tracks from both EPs being featured on BBC introducing. She hopes to continue this success this year with her third EP Ley Lines.

SIX AT SIX
Six At Six is a rising, young six-piece rock and pop band formed at The Music Works. A weekly meet-up at six o’clock turned into a creative collaboration, each member bringing their own influences and energy into the mix.
With Layla and Lucy delivering powerful, harmonic vocals, the band is driven by Jamie’s lead guitar, Tabitha’s bass grooves, James’ percussion, and Ben’s keys—creating a full, vibrant sound that connects instantly with audiences of all tastes and ages.
Building a following on the open mic scene, the band are making their mark at music venues and festivals, putting their own spin on iconic tracks, blending genres and eras into something fresh, bold, and unmistakably theirs.

TIME LIMIT
Time limit is an exciting up and coming 5 piece rock band covering song from Metallica to Michael Jackson to Skunk Anansie. Expect hard and heavy grooves, soaring vocals and cutting guitars, and an amazing time with this Surrey based band.

Brought together by a love of music, The Genuine Counterfeits are made up of Charlie Cork (Guitar & Vocals), Chris Hackshall (Lead Guitar & Vocals), Oli Powlesland (Drums) & Rob Thrower (Bass).
The band are based in Haslemere and we love playing local pubs, clubs, festivals and private functions.
Our influences are all your favourite tunes! We play a wide range of rock and indie covers and much more!

Featuring the amazing Bernadette on vocals, MI Soul Band are a dynamic, engaging, fun loving 8 piece band with a relentless energy. A group of lifelong friends who share a collective love of Soul, Blues and Rhythm and Blues music, their motivation is to get you moving. Originally formed in Windsor, the MI Soul Band believe that live music should be fun and they have been bringing that joy to people all over the UK and Europe for more than 25 years. ​
You’ll hear Aretha, James Brown, Tina Turner and Etta James, as well as their brilliant groove infused cover of the Arctic Monkeys ‘I Bet You Look Good on the Dance floor’. Prepare to leave the dance floor with a bigger smile and a lighter heart!

“The Oddball Band” are a three piece act consisting of Canadian Singer-songwriter JC Mac who was signed to Sonix State Records and One Music Publishing,
Malcolm Alison a classically trained violinist/fiddle player who has worked with orchestras and bands throughout the world, and James McCormack a London based acoustic and electric guitar player.
We focus primarily on our own versions of 1970s rock hits with a few originals thrown in

ALFIE THROWER
Alfie Thrower found his love for music as teenager, picking up the guitar at 14 to go on and play festivals among big names like Soul II Soul, Razorlight and The Jacksons.
Taking inspiration from his life, the singer-songwriter aims to captivate his audience with song, diving deep into emotional and heartfelt numbers with aim of healing not just himself but the audiences he serves. He has exciting plans coming up - with new music on the horizon, all planning to be shared at gigs this year.
SAN-GORG
San-Gorg combines abstract electronica and experimental textures to create immersive sonic worlds.

His latest release, PLYWAV, is an organic and evolving journey into complex ambient soundscapes.

Each set is one of a kind with live looping, drum machines and abstract FX creating a unique and unrepeatable experience.
ELLA ROCHE
Ella Roche is a 17 year old singer-songwriter from Portsmouth - she's currently in her first year at college doing music performance.

Her musical influences are Conan Gray, Phoebe Bridgers, Luvcat and Olivia Rodrigo.
Whether you're feeling heart broken, or in love, she has the perfect balance of every emotion in her songwriting.
ANDY STEDMAN
Andy Stedman is a popular UK-based musical comedian, singer-songwriter, and MC. Known for his cheeky, warm stage presence, he frequently gigs at venues across the country, combining observational comedy, guitar-based musical numbers, and highly engaging audience interaction.

Before transitioning to stand-up comedy, Stedman built a successful career as a singer-songwriter, performing in bands like Sequoia and as a solo artist (with the Handsome Devils).
MAISIE SHRUBSALL
Maisie Shrubsall is a singer songwriter with a lyrical eye for life‘s moments and an ear for a melody that you can’t walk away from.

Maisie has a voice to match that can make you smile and break your heart in turn.
At Haslemere Fringe she will be mixing up her own songs with a handful of covers that you just might recognise.’

Frequently cited as “Britain’s first country stars”, Ward Thomas have shattered expectations of what British country music can be. Their achievements, which include landmark chart success, critical acclaim, and recognition from the international country music community, mark them as pioneers.
Today, they remain leading ambassadors for the genre, proving that country-pop sung with English accents and grounded in British experiences - can resonate both at home and abroad.

With a rapidly growing global fanbase and support from BBC Introducing and BBC Radio 1’s Future Pop, Chanel’s honest, no-filter songwriting is making her one of the most exciting new voices in country music.
Chanel is creating a buzz in the UK with her viral line dance for “Big Girl Boots,” and on stage, she brings her signature style and infectious energy to life at major festivals like C2C, Tramlines, and Reading & Leeds. Recently, she’s been hitting the road across the UK and Europe on tour with Alexandra Kay.

BUCKLE N BOOTS are a dynamic country band from Surrey, blending original songs with a modern country edge. Known for powerful high-energy performances and heartfelt storytelling, sounding both authentic and radio-ready with a distinctly British twist.

Led by the founding member Bee, they continue to make waves in the UK country scene, honouring their roots while embracing a bold new chapter. With Bee as the buckle and the band as the boots, more original music is coming in thick and fast.

Clamber are an energetic indie-pop four-piece from London. Blending sunshine pop and catchy choruses with frenetic lo-fi guitars and relatable introspective lyricism, Clamber has curated a unique brand of catchy and accessible ‘armchair pop’ that has culminated in captivating fun, live shows.
Born in late 2023 out of their desire to use their folks roots to create pop music, Clamber have made significant headway in the indie-pop scene, becoming a BBC Introducing favourite, starring on Radio X, and capturing the ears of audiences following a string of sold-out headline shows and a spot at the UK’s Isle of Wight Festival 2025. BBC Introducing have named Clamber ‘One to Watch’ in 2026.

Bare Jams blend feel-good indie pop with elements of soul, funk, jazz, and rock, creating a soundscape that's both diverse yet familiar. With catchy hooks, uplifting lyrics, and tasteful horn lines, their live performances guide you through a plethora of emotions leaving you with a wholesome glow at the end.
With an impressive touring resume that spans major European venues and festivals like Glastonbury and Boomtown Fair, Bare Jams has not only captivated live audiences but also achieved significant streaming success, with millions of streams that speak to their widespread influence and dedicated fan base.

London City Voices sing a largely pop repertoire at events all over the country, but also enjoy some more traditional songs too.
All arrangements are prepared by our own musical directors and occasionally by our members. Sometimes we sing in 8 parts creating a really rich sound. We post all our videos on YouTube so make sure to follow us there.
SUNDAY: LIONS DEN STAGE

The Silver Darlings are a 6 piece all-female crew from Southend on Sea, Essex. Combining heart-warming harmonies with passion, enthusiasm and a healthy dose of humour, these girls deliver a live performance that is both energetic and emotional.
The girls have performed at many UK shanty and folk festivals, crossed into the mainstream at Latitude Festival and are frequent visitors to European maritime festivals in France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
Their second album ‘Whaling Women’ was released in 2025, following their critically acclaimed debut ‘Maiden Voyage’

Kate Harding is a country singer / songwriter from Portsmouth, and is proud of the grassroots music scene she is part of. She has been working with local Portsmouth Producers, Billy Gregory, Jim Harding, Sam Carter-Brazier, Steve Wood on her upcoming album of songs that she has written with friend, guitarist and band mate Jon Wheeler.
In 2024 Kate released debut single ‘WALLFLOWER’. Featured on BBC Introducing and reaching No.2 in the Express FM Local Music Chart. This is where Kate began her journey into establishing herself as a UK Country Recording artist and started performing live with a covers band and first originals band. In 2025 released singles ‘SHE STARTED IT’ and ‘SHINY THINGS’ ahead of playing at Country on the Coast Festival

This year we welcome back to the Haslemere Fringe Festival - Tamara Hendin.
Tamara is an up-and-coming indie-folk artist who has been inspired by Maggie Rogers, Fiona Apple and Juliana Hatfield.
Her newest single 'Traffic Jam' will be out in May 2026 and you can find her music on all major music streaming platforms.

COMPLEX IDEAS
This young band brings a fresh energy to the stage. Blending catchy pop songs with gritty guitar riffs.

Fronted by a dynamic vocalist and lead guitarist Peter, and supported by punchy drums from Sofia, rhythmic bass lines from Arthur, and smooth keys and heavenly vocals from Emme.
​
Despite their age, they’ve already built a reputation for electrifying live performances in the local music scene.

Laurel Canyon are a local 5 piece band, covering an eclectic mix of upbeat floor fillers from 60s to now! Regulars on the local pub /festival live music scene, they love a crowd sing song and a jumping dance floor.

They are delighted to be back at The Fringe supporting this year's stellar line up!

BIG RED SKY
Big Red Sky is Miles, Eve, Arthur, Ben, Matt and Paddy-a six-piece rock band playing an eclectic mix of killer covers and originals. From Arctic Monkeys, Muse and Red Hot Chili Peppers to Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars and Black Pumas.
Formed at Music Works in Milford and made up of six talented teenagers who know how to get a party started., the band have delivered barnstorming sets around Surrey-including at Guilfest, Haslemere Fringe Festival and The Boileroom.

LIGHTS OUT
Lights Out are a Godalming rock and pop 4-piece aged 11–15 bringing serious talent and festival energy. With Evie on vocals, Laurie on guitar, Erin on bass, and Sam on drums, their set list hits every generation, from Bon Jovi to Billie Eilish and Green Day to Royal Blood.

Powerful vocals, driving riffs, pounding drums, and choruses built for crowds. Lights Out mix classic rock anthems with modern pop attitude for an all-ages show that gets an audience singing together.
