As part of your Sunday Festival Ticket we will be bringing you a vibrant, feel-good morning designed to awaken your body, inspire your mind and connect with our incredible local wellness community.
Before the festival gets into full swing and the main stage comes alive, we’ll be creating a space to move, breathe, learn and reset together. Whether you’re an early riser, a devoted yogi, a weekend runner, a fitness lover or simply wellness-curious, this is your chance to begin your festival day feeling energised, grounded and uplifted.
Expect a dynamic line-up of sessions including:
