WELLNESS AT THE FRINGE

Start your Sunday at the Fringe differently this year with our new 'Wellness at the Fringe' sessions!

 

As part of your Sunday Festival Ticket we will be bringing you a vibrant, feel-good morning designed to awaken your body, inspire your mind and connect with our incredible local wellness community.

Before the festival gets into full swing and the main stage comes alive, we’ll be creating a space to move, breathe, learn and reset together.  Whether you’re an early riser, a devoted yogi, a weekend runner, a fitness lover or simply wellness-curious, this is your chance to begin your festival day feeling energised, grounded and uplifted.

 

Expect a dynamic line-up of sessions including:

  • A revitalising wake-up yoga flow to stretch, strengthen and restore

  • A high-energy Dance Fit class to get you smiling and moving

  • A fun, family-friendly HIIT session to fire up the endorphins

  • Guided community runs for a range of abilities

  • Deeply relaxing sound bath experiences to soothe and reset

 

Alongside the movement sessions, hear from inspiring local wellness experts sharing fresh ideas, practical tools and thought-provoking insights on some of the most talked-about topics in health and wellbeing.  These sessions are designed to spark conversation, connection and sustainable self-care.

 

This is more than a timetable of classes - it’s a celebration of the thriving wellness community in and around Haslemere.  A chance to meet the faces behind local studios, therapies and initiatives.  A space to connect with like-minded people.  A morning to nourish yourself before the festival energy unfolds.

 

So roll out your mat, lace up your trainers, bring your friends (and the family!) and join us as we set a powerful, positive tone for the day.

SESSION: Experience the Power of Meditation

Katie, a local Haslemere yoga teacher, offers a warm welcome into meditation… its ancient roots, its everyday benefits, and how modern science is finally proving what the yogis knew all along!

 

Then relax back and feel the benefits of a guided meditation to enjoy seated or lying down. Whether you meditate regularly or have never tried, you're welcome exactly as you are. A shared meditation is a quietly powerful, beautiful thing.
